“15 Minutes to Energize Your Whole Body”

Filmed at the beautiful seaside on Cape Cod, these beginner-friendly exercises can be practiced by anyone, with no experience necessary. This invigorating qigong style is moderately-paced with simple arm and leg movements that are accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Unlike most qigong that requires a lot of concentration, this routine is so easy that you can practice it while talking with friends or watching television. A great way to begin your qigong journey.

In this video lesson, you’ll receive clear instruction by qigong master Lisa O’Shea as she guides you through two 15-minute “follow-along” forms known as Fragrance Qigong. Learning these ancient movements will maintain and increase your Qi energy flow, enliven your entire body, and heighten your senses. You will experience positive changes in your health simply by following along with either of the 15-minute routines daily, or even just a few times a week.

  • Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit
  • Can be done sitting or standing
  • Especially good for the shoulders, arms, and wrists
  • Includes two simple 15-minute follow-along workouts
  • Mirror-view movements for easy practice

Harvard Health recommends a minimum of 15-minutes exercise per day to prevent many common ailments.
